The Integra began as the Quint Integra in Japan in 1985. They were imported to the U.S. the following year, in '86. The first generation ran from '85-'88, 2nd generation from '89-'92, 3rd generation from '93-'01, and 4th generation from '02-present. The Integra became the RSX in the '01 model year, discarding the Integra name, along with the rest of the Acura line, going with alpha-numerics in lieu of names.
